When will I receive my order?
All BrandNew orders, are shipped via UPS. You can expect to receive your order according to the following time chart:

Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days.
Next day Delivery: by 5pm the next business day.
Second Day Delivery: by 5pm the second business day.

Please note: Orders placed after 11.30 am (EST) will be processed the next day.

Take the tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation. Go to UPS.com and use that number to check the status of your order. Keep in mind, It can take up to 24 hours before a tracking number shows up on their website.

Why didn't I receive a shipping notification?
